It's been a rough year in some parts. But I made it through my 2nd year of residency, my family survived the loss of my parents home, and I've got new people in my life making it a great one. There's so much to be thankful for this holiday season. What are you most thankful for? 

And on that note, what's your favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner? I think I have to go with my mom's sweet potato casserole. Yum!
